An interview with founder and managing director Dieter Born:
What were the motivations for starting your own company?
"In 2015, I turned my long-cherished dream into reality and founded my own company. After more than 20 years in a leading position in the project business in the areas of racking systems and steel construction platforms, I wanted to invest my knowledge and experience in an innovative and economical company - and do so successfully.
My ideas - to manage a company with flat hierarchies and intelligent minds - in retrospect, this has worked out very well for me. We have built up and trained our team over the years. We employ graduate engineers and engineers from all over the world in construction and structural engineering and have thus created a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the company. Our growth and the developments in incoming orders confirm this.
What sets you apart?
"The work shows the way", this is my motto and to date I have done well with it. My approach is very simple: I enjoy my work and I don't shy away from challenges.
Special solutions are the salt in the soup and make our project work special.
Together with our clients and partners, we find ways to implement the project successfully and that means satisfaction for me.
